The Juniper DCX – Data Center Switching is a two-day course that introduces you to the QFX5100 features including, but not limited to, Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), unified in-service software upgrade (ISSU), multi-chassis link aggregation (MC-LAG), Mixed Virtual Fabric, and Virtual Chassis Fabric (VCF). Students will learn to configure and monitor these features that exist on the Junos operating system running on the QFX5100 and EX4300 Series platform. Through demonstrations and hands-on labs, students will gain experience configuring, monitoring, and analyzing the features of the Junos OS. This course is based on Junos OS ReleaseÂ 13.2X51-D21.1.

- Understanding of the OSI model;
- Junos OS configuration experience – the Introduction to the Junos Operating System (IJOS) course or equivalent;
- Intermediate routing knowledge – the Junos Routing Essentials (JRE) course or equivalent; and
