    Course Details

    The Dynamics 365 Partner Competency Program: Cloud Business Applications – Customer Engagement course provides you with the skills to become proficient in the Dynamics 365 Cloud Business Applications tools for Customer Engagement. This course is a five-day instructor-led training. Some topics will only be covered briefly; e.g., a reminder of capabilities and options. Other topics will be covered more deeply e.g., more recently introduced functionality or where there is a particular focus in an exam.

    Prerequisites

    At least 1 year, preferably at least 2 years, implementing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and ideally already having an earlier Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification. This course is partner-focused and exam focused. This is not a course for delegates new to Dynamics. It is aimed at delegates experienced in Dynamics 365 who need certification in order to achieve competency.
