Course Details

The VWAAS – Implementing Cisco Virtual Wide Area Application Services v1.0 is a five-day instructor-led training. This course teaches learners how to deploy, configure, operate, maintain and support a solution using Cisco Virtual Wide-Area Application Services that provides performance optimization for application data over WAN. In this course, you will get the skills to understand optimization technologies, protocols, services, functions, advanced features and operation. Besides, you will learn how to implement, integrate, install, manage and troubleshoot Cisco VWAAS solutions in diverse Data Center virtualization environments such as in Enterprise networks and Virtual Private Clouds, and gain a comprehensive hands-on labs experience.


Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of Customer Success in the context of software products or services
  • Be able to identify the key tasks and expectations from the CSM role
  • Know about the concepts of CSF, KPI and how they are employed to measure success
